Through Johnson Seed & Grain , we offer grain vac rentals throughout all North America. Our vacs are capable of moving over 4,000 BPH. To ensure each vac is running at its highest capacity, it is tuned and inspected before it leaves our facilities. Grain Vac Rental Fleet

No job is too big or small for CB Pneumatics grain vacs, piping, parts and accessories. They're used in almost every possible situation: Farms, elevators/coops, recovery jobs from railroads to plant explosion cleanup, ethanol plants, many kinds of plant processing applications, ship yards, and more.

Whether you're looking for a single or fleet of grain vacs to rent for a day, week, or multiple months/ annual, we have all the piping, accessories and vacs you will need and can get them to you quickly.

We offer pull type diesel powered vacs and diesel powered truck mounted vacs. Our vacs have dual inlets to choose which side of the vac you hook into. Operators can unload on three sides of the vac or pit direct from the bottom of the grain vac. The newest rental models offer hydraulic boom swivel, safe direct drive system, a quiet 1800 RPM engine, and hydraulically driven airlock that can be reversed if needed.

What kind of rental durations are available?

We offer short- and long-term grain vac rentals. You let us know when you want to start and end your rental and we will work with you to confirm logistics, pricing and maintenance.

Can I rent a grain vac if I don’t own a tractor or truck with PTO or power source?

Yes, you can rent a diesel powered or truck mounted grain vac that does not require another power source.

Are there material restrictions for rented grain vacs?

Yes, there are material restrictions when renting a grain vac. Our machines are designed for dry, free-flowing material. They’re not suitable for damp or wet material, which can cause clogging or damage.

What happens if I return my rental grain vac and it’s dirty or damaged.

Given the nature of the work our grain vacs do, we understand there will be some dirt and wear and tear on the machine. Our rental agreement outlines our policy for cleaning, maintenance and damage. If you have questions, our team is here to help!

How are rental grain vacs delivered?

Once you reserve a grain vac for rental, we offer three ways to get it: you pick it up, we deliver it to you or we hire a freight carrier to ship anywhere in North America.

What safety or operational considerations should I be aware of when renting a grain vac?

Because grain vacs generate high suction and dust, we recommend wearing proper PPE, including hearing protection and dust masks. We also recommend maintaining line of sight and communication if working with others, avoiding letting the nozzle become buried and ensuring proper guarding and safe operation if PTO shafts are used.
