CB Pneumatics has all the pipes, hoses, and accessories you need to operate your vac system. Our pipe packages are great starting points for any vac operator. If you are in need of more or less piping we can customize our pipe package to suit your specific needs.

Telescoping pipes have a closed length of 5 feet and extend out to 8 feet. They are great to use when starting a bin.

Aluminum piping is light weight and easy to handle. It makes extending out to the jobsite effortless. 6 inch piping comes in standard lengths and is customizable to any length.

Flex piping is durable and allows you to easily maneuver from side to side. 6 inch flex piping comes standard at 5 feet and can be customized to any length.

Rubber clean up hose is the most flexible item in our lineup. Reinforced with a steel coil, it is able to bend with extreme durability and never compress under pressure. Clean up hose comes standard at 15 feet.

Flex nozzles are perfect for starting a bin. If you are going in from a hood or a slide, they provide some extra give to make entering easy.

Round nozzles are ideal for grabbing material in bulk. When there are large piles of material in front of you, this is the nozzle you want to use.

Clean up nozzles are great for the finishing touch of your bin, or ground storage. The flat end makes getting the last of any material simple.

Air doors are essential to efficiently regulate the flow of materials. By opening or closing the door, you can better regulate the intake of your system.
This package is great for most vac operations. With over 90 feet of piping, hoses, and attachments you can clean out almost any job site.

Yes, vac purchases are not required to upgrade your current piping system. We offer replacement parts and service for all brands.
We can customize a pipe package that works best for you, regardless of length, pipe radius or end types.
When choosing the pipe material for your system, you want to ensure you’re selecting a material that’s rated for your system’s pressure and duty. Aluminum, stainless steel or compatible alloys are preferred for strength, corrosion resistance and safety, while some flexible or composite hoses work for lower-pressure, mobile or flexible-layout systems.
A round nozzle is ideal when you need to move or vacuum bulk material quickly. A flex nozzle offers flexibility and ease or insertion, which is helpful when starting inside bins or reaching tight angles. A cleanup, or flat-end nozzle is designed for clearing out residual grain or material left stuck in corners or on surfaces.
Yes, longer piping runs or excessive pipe length will reduce throughput, impacting performance. For example, for some vac systems, when piping extends beyond a certain length, the grains-per-hour (flow-rate) begins to decrease.
It’s very important to regularly inspect piping, hoses and nozzle fittings because small leaks, worn hoses or weak fittings can lead to reduced airflow, inefficiencies, safety hazards or equipment failure. Regular inspection and maintenance—tightening fittings, replacing worn hoses, checking for corrosion or wear—help maintain performance and safety.
