Model CB68MTK Truck Mount System

The CB68MTK is a quiet, self-powered vac unit capable of traveling anywhere. Truck units are easy to operate and maintain. Our direct drive system takes out the hassle of realigning belts and increases the safety of operation. Hydraulics make controlling the loading arm and airlock simple. Frequent Questions

Are all CB Pneumatic systems inspected for quality?

Yes, all CB Pneumatic systems are inspected for quality. Not only do our units go through a visual inspection, they undergo a preliminary operations analysis. Each system handles 2,000 bushel of grain to guarantee your vac is operating at peak performance prior to delivery.

Can you demo a vac prior to purchase?

Yes, you can demo a grain vac prior to purchase by scheduling a demo with our team today. On a demo day, we will show you how to properly operate and maintain a CB Pneumatics vac system.

What are the main benefits of choosing a truck-mounted grain vac system?

Because it’s mounted directly on the truck, a truck-mounted system’s benefits include superior mobility, instant deployment, no trailer to hitch or tow, easier access to remote or tight job sites and reduced logistical hassles compared to tow-behind units.

Do truck mounted grain vacs offer enough power for heavy-duty use?

Yes, our truck mounted models are perfect for commercial and industrial operations where speed and efficiency are crucial.

What maintenance is required for a truck-mounted grain vac?

Like any grain vac, regular maintenance is needed for truck-mounted grain vacs, including periodic engine checks, filter and fluid changes, hose and coupling inspections and ensuring adequate airflow for cooling and reliable operation.

How do I know if a truck mounted system is the right choice for my operation instead of a PTO driven or trailer mounted system?

You’ll want a truck mounted grain vac if:

1. You need fast mobility between bins or job sites without towing or hooking it up to a tractor.

2. You want an all-in-one system that stays permanently installed.

3. You want the cleanest workflow with integrated hose reels, piping, controls and enclosed components.

4. You want to save manpower by arriving and operating from the truck with minimal setup.

5. You run a commercial or industrial grain operation, where speed and efficiency are critical.
